* TIMING...From 9 AM to 7 PM CST Tuesday.
* WINDS...West 35 to 45 mph with gusts up to 60 mph.
* RELATIVE HUMIDITY...Between 10 and 20 percent.
* IMPACTS...Any fire that develops will catch and spread quickly. Outdoor burning is not recommended.
