* WHEN...From 3 PM Tuesday to 3 AM CST Wednesday.
* IMPACTS...Roads, and especially bridges and overpasses, will likely become slick and hazardous. Plan on slippery road conditions. Areas of blowing snow could significantly reduce visibility. The hazardous conditions could impact the Tuesday evening and Wednesday morning commutes. Very strong winds could cause extensive tree damage.
