MERIDIAN POLICE DEPARTMENT INVESTIGATES HIT-AND- RUN COLLISION
MERIDIAN, ID – On February 23, 2025, at approximately 11:14 a.m., officers from the Meridian Police Department responded to a hit-and-run collision at the intersection of McMillan Road and Locust Grove Road.
A white Hyundai bearing Idaho license plate 01G9RR was traveling westbound on McMillan Road when it ran a red light and collided with a white Saturn. The driver of the Saturn, a juvenile female, sustained injuries as a result of the crash.
Witnesses reported seeing what was described as three Hispanic males exit the Hyundai and flee the scene on foot, heading southbound. Officers quickly established a perimeter and deployed a drone in an attempt to locate the suspects, but they were able to evade apprehension.
The Meridian Police Department is actively investigating this incident and urges anyone with information to contact our non-emergency dispatch at (208) 577-3000.
