INCIDENT: PC 288 (c)(1)- Lewd and Lascivious Acts with a Minor
LOCATION: 1700 block of 11th Street, San Bernardino
VICTIM: Confidential: Two Female Juveniles
SUSPECT: Miguel Rosales, a 32-year-old Male Resident of San Bernardino
SUMMARY: On February 12, 2025, deputies and detectives from the Fontana Sheriff’s Station received information that San Bernardino resident, Miguel Rosales, had committed sexual crimes against minors. During the investigation, it was determined Rosales sexually assaulted a 15-year-old female and a 16-year-old female at his home.
On Wednesday, February 26, 2025, at approximately 9:30 a.m., detectives arrested Rosales as he left his residence on the 1700 block of 11th Street in San Bernardino for lewd and lascivious acts with a minor. Rosales was booked at West Valley Detention Center and is currently being held in lieu of $500,000.00 bail.
Detectives believe there may be additional victims and are releasing Rosales’ booking photograph.
