INCIDENT: PC 245(A)(1): ASSAULT WITH A DEADLY WEAPON
LOCATION: 1900 Block of Vista Road, Pinon Hills
SUSPECT(S): Servando Rangel-Mendez, 36 years of age, resident of Pinon Hills
Ramon Solis-Medina, 37 years of age, resident of Pinon Hills
SUMMARY: On Friday, February 28, 2025, at 9:59 p.m., deputies responded to a 911 call in the 1900 block of Vista Road in Pinon Hills.
The victim heard noises outside of his house. He walked outside and found Servando Rangel-Mendez and Ramon Solis-Medina disabling his breaker box. The victim began video recording the two suspects and they started throwing rocks at him, striking him multiple times.
Servando Rangel-Mendez and Ramon Solis-Medina were arrested for assault with a deadly weapon and booked at the High Desert Detention Center.
