* WHERE...Portions of northwest Iowa, southwest Minnesota, and east central and southeast South Dakota.

* IMPACTS...Roads, and especially bridges and overpasses, will likely become slick and hazardous. Plan on slippery road conditions. Areas of blowing snow could significantly reduce visibility. Strong winds could cause tree damage.
