* WHAT...West winds 20 to 30 mph with gusts up to 45 to 50 mph expected.
* WHERE...Portions of central, east central, north central, and west central Indiana.
* WHEN...From 5 PM this afternoon to 5 AM EST Thursday. * IMPACTS...Gusty winds will blow around unsecured objects. Tree limbs could be blown down and a few power outages may result.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Gusty winds of 30 to 40 mph will increase to 35 to 50 mph through the evening and overnight hours.
