INCIDENT: Harmful Material Sent to Seduce a Minor, Contact with a Minor with Intent for Sex, Possession of Child Pornography
LOCATION: 11900 block of A Avenue, Hesperia
SUSPECT: Brandon Gonzalez, 23-year-old resident of Hesperia
SUMMARY: On February 2, 2025, investigators assigned to the Hesperia Police Station began an investigation into information received from an outside agency regarding allegations of pornographic photographs involving the suspect, Brandon Gonzalez and a male juvenile. Through investigation, investigators discovered Gonzalez enticed the juvenile to send sexually explicit photographs.
On March 5, 2025, a search warrant was served on Gonzalez’ residence. Investigators recovered evidence supporting the information received from the outside agency.
Gonzalez was arrested and booked into the High Desert Detention Center for PC 288.2(a)(1)- Harmful Material Sent to Seduce a Minor, PC288.3(a)- Contact with a Minor with Intent for Sex and PC311.11(a)- Possession of Child Pornography.
Gonzalez’ booking photo is being released, as investigators believe there may be additional victims. Anyone with information about this investigation is asked to contact Detective E.
