Activity for March 5, 2025:
- Officers responded to the 1200 block of East Michigan Avenue for a disorderly subject. A 33-year-old male was arrested for possession of narcotics, and resisting and obstructing.
- Officer Kuhn was dispatched to the Courthouse for a warrant pick-up. A 24-year-old female was arrested on an outstanding felony warrant.
- Officer Kuhn visited with students at Hunt Elementary School.
- Officer Vernier responded to the 200 block of Cooper Street for a fraud report. A suspect has been identified.
- Officers were dispatched to a single vehicle crash near North Wisner Street and West Monroe Street. The 33-year-old male driver was transported to the hospital, and then lodged at JSO for conditional bond violation. Charges will be sought on the male for driving under the influence of narcotics pending lab results.
- Officers responded to a traffic crash at West Washington Avenue and South Jackson Street. A 37-year-old male was arrested for driving while intoxicated – high blood alcohol content.
- Officer Justice responded to the hospital for a warrant pick-up. A 31-year-old male was arrested on an outstanding felony warrant.
