* WHEN...For the first Winter Storm Warning, until 5 AM MST early this morning. For the second Winter Storm Warning, from 5 PM this afternoon to 11 AM MST Saturday.
* IMPACTS...Travel could be very difficult. Widespread blowing snow could significantly reduce visibility.
