Huron School District Bus Crash Information
SCHOOL BUS CRASH INVESTIGATION:
This morning while on the way to a field trip, two Huron District school busses were involved in a minor crash in Trenton. The Trenton Department of Public Safety is on the scene. It appears that some children may have minor injuries. The students were from the Ferguson Center.
We have also responded to support our school district and remain on scene. Students are being transferred to a different bus and will be taken back to school. We will have a police officer escort them back to the school safely. Below is a statement from Huron School District.
“This morning, in the way to our field trip, one of our buses collided with another bus in a low speed impact. We have no serious injuries, but we are having medical services respond to the scene to be sure everyone is safe. Buses will bring students back to the school as soon as possible.”
