The male victim, 30, was working at an area business when the suspect pointed a handgun at him and demanded property. The victim handed the suspect the property and the suspect fled on foot. SUSPECT: Light-complected male adult.
2. Resisting Arrest (0236) Pacific Avenue and Harding Way, Civic District
Officers encountered a vehicle collision in the listed area. The suspect was found to be intoxicated, refused officers’ commands, and pulled away from officers when they attempted to detain him. ARRESTED: Berthard Evans, 47, for driving under the influence, resisting arrest, and a warrant.
