CAD Calls: 746
1. Robbery (1720) 00 Block of Jamestown, Valley Oak District
The male victim, 15, and female victim, 56, were in the area to sell items to the suspects when the suspects brandished a firearm, took the property, and fled. SUSPECTS: Two male juveniles.
2. Robbery Arrest (1752) 2500 Block of North California Street, Civic District
The female victims, 21 and 22, were transporting the suspect by ambulance when he pushed them. The victims tried to restrain the suspect, but he pushed them off and took property from them. Officers responded and took the suspect into custody after a short foot pursuit. ARRESTED: Kneeland Townsend, 29, for robbery, battery on emergency personnel, and resisting arrest.
3. Assault with a Deadly Weapon (2100) 00 Block of North Center Street, Civic District
The female victim, 42, encountered the suspect in the listed area as he was using drugs. The suspect told the victim to leave, and as she did, the suspect hit her with an object and fled. The victim was transported to an area hospital for a non-life-threatening injury. SUSPECT: Hispanic male adult.
4. Assault with a Deadly Weapon Arrest (0059) 4400 Block of Dorset Street, Valley Oak District
During a gathering in the listed area, a fight broke out, and when the female victim, 35, attempted to intervene, the suspect picked up a sharp object and hit the victim with it. The suspect resisted the officers, and force was used to take him into custody. The victim was transported to an area hospital for a non-life-threatening injury. ARRESTED: Nolan Flores, 34, for assault with a deadly weapon, resisting arrest, brandishing, and vandalism.
5. Resisting Arrest (0117) 4400 Block of Dorset Street, Valley Oak District
Related to entry #4, the suspect obstructed the officers’ investigation and resisted attempts to detain her. Force was used to take the suspect into custody. ARRESTED: Veronica Flores, 47, for resisting arrest.
6. Person Shot (0155) 00 Block of Gateway Court, Valley Oak District
The male victim, 42, was walking through the listed area when he saw the suspect shooting a gun. The suspect then shot at the victim, striking him. The victim was transported to an area hospital for non-life-threatening injuries. SUSPECT: Black male adult.
