The Wilmington Police Department is asking the public for assistance in locating a missing person.
Marcus Tilden is 39 years old and was last seen on February 28, at approximately 1:00 p.m., in the 500 block of West 14th Street. Marcus is described as a black male, 5’3” tall, approximately 150 lbs., and was last seen wearing a brown and white hat, dark blue shirt, dark blue jeans, and brown slippers.
