Fish Fire Impact Area will move to Green Alert Level with No Restrictions from March 12 at 7 AM through March 13 at 6 PM 
Los Angeles County Public Works has issued a PHASE 1 mudflow alert for the Fish Fire impact area from Wednesday, March 12 at 7 AM through Thursday, March 13 at 6 PM. Fish Fire Area to remain at Green Level with no restrictions.
