INCIDENT: V.C. 23152(A)(B)- Driving Under the influence, P.C. 243(B)- Battery on Emergency Personnel
LOCATION: Mojave Drive/ Ashley Glen Drive, Victorville
SUSPECT(S): Gilbert Santana, 29-year-old Resident of Victorville
SUMMARY: On Sunday, March 9, 2025, deputies from the Victorville Police Department responded to the area of Mojave Drive and Ashley Glen Drive in reference to a single-vehicle rollover traffic collision.
Deputies arrived on scene and located a solo occupant/driver, later identified as Gilbert Santana. Santana threatened and punched a firefighter on scene. Deputies detained Santana who was transported to a local hospital for treatment. The report will be forwarded to the District Attorney's Office for review.
