* WHERE...Catalina and Rincon Mountains and White Mountains of Graham and Greenlee Counties.
* WHEN...From noon Thursday to 5 AM MST Friday.
* IMPACTS...Travel could be very difficult. Strong winds could cause damage to trees and power lines. Visibilities reduced due to the combination of gusty winds and falling snow.
* AFFECTED AREAS: WHITE MOUNTAINS OF GRAHAM AND GREENLEE COUNTIES INCLUDING HANNAGAN MEADOW ... SANTA CATALINA AND RINCON MOUNTAINS INCLUDING MOUNT LEMMON/SUMMERHAVEN
