South Main Street Water Main Repair - 3/13/25 - Road Closure 
Beginning Thursday, March 13th, at approximately 8:00 am, the City of Oneonta Department of Public Works will be closing the intersection of Market Street and South Main Street in order to repair a water main leak near said intersection. This work will continue until the repair is completed. No time estimate at this time. During this closure, access to and from the businesses along South Main Street will only be via Main Street. Also, traffic on Market Street will be limited to periodic one lane in this area. Some sidewalks will also be closed and there will be no street parking in the immediate work areas.
Please avoid this area if at all possible. Please exercise extreme caution and obey all traffic control devices and flaggers.
The City will issue periodic project updates or changes via Nixle PSA as needed.
