This afternoon a non-specific bomb threat was reported at Arthur L. Johnson High School, shortly after dismissal. As students were already leaving for day, all students were dismissed and after school activities were cancelled.
Clark Police responded to the school, along with the Union County Sheriff’s Office Canine Unit, Union County Police Department and other law enforcement partner agencies. A canine search was conducted. Subsequently, a physical search of the building was completed
The incident is currently under investigation by the Clark Police Juvenile Bureau. School will be open tomorrow on the delayed opening bell schedule already communicated due to NJGPA testing.
