* AFFECTED AREA...In Kansas, Fire Weather Zones 025 (Atchison), 057 (Miami), 060 (Linn), 103 (Leavenworth), 104 (Wyandotte), and 105 (Johnson). In Missouri, Fire Weather Zones 028 (Platte), 029 (Clay), 030 (Ray), 037 (Jackson), 038 (Lafayette), 043 (Cass), 044 (Johnson), 045 (Pettis), 053 (Bates), and 054 (Henry).
* TIMING...From Friday morning through Friday evening.
* IMPACTS...Any fire that develops will catch and spread quickly. Outdoor burning is not recommended.
* WIND...South to southwest winds 25 to 35 mph with gusts up to 60 mph.
* HUMIDITY...As low as 15 to 25 percent.
