* AFFECTED AREA...Fire weather zones 004, 005, 052, 103, 112, 113, 121, 122, 130, 137, 138, 140, 141, 203, 212, 213, 221, 222, 223, 230, 237, 238, 240, 241, 313, 340, and 341.

* WIND...Expect sustained southerly winds of 15 to over 30 mph...with gusts over 40 mph possible.

* HUMIDITY...Expect humidity levels to drop below 25 percent late this afternoon through the evening hours.

* IMPACTS...any fires that develop will likely spread rapidly. Outdoor burning is not recommended.
