The National Weather Service in Albuquerque has issued a

* Dust Storm Warning for... Curry County in east central New Mexico... Southern Quay County in east central New Mexico... Northern Roosevelt County in east central New Mexico...

* Until 200 PM MDT.

* At 1000 AM MDT, an area of blowing dust was developing across southern portions of Quay County, all of Curry County and northern Roosevelt County. HAZARD...Less than a quarter mile visibility. SOURCE...Satellite observations. IMPACT...Dangerous life-threatening travel.

* Locations impacted include... Clovis, Portales, Texico, Melrose, Grady, House, Saint Vrain, Ranchvale, Cannon Air Force Base and Oasis State Park. This includes Highway 60 between Mile Markers 346 and 397.

* AFFECTED AREAS: CURRY, NM ... QUAY, NM ... ROOSEVELT, NM
