Temporary closure of Oklahoma Ave due to water line break. 
Oklahoma Ave will be closed at Norwood Ave for approx the next 1-3 hours for a water line break. Carroll County Utilities is on the scene and working to repair the damaged line. Residents who live in the Schoolhouse Road community can return home from the upper end of Oklahoma Ave during this brief road closure. Please avoid this area if possible until the roadway is reopened. Thank you.
