* At 126 AM CDT, a large and extremely dangerous tornado was located near Vienna, moving northeast at 65 mph. This is a PARTICULARLY DANGEROUS SITUATION. TAKE COVER NOW! HAZARD...Damaging tornado. SOURCE...Radar indicated rotation. IMPACT...You are in a life-threatening situation. Flying debris may be deadly to those caught without shelter. Mobile homes will be destroyed. Considerable damage to homes, businesses, and vehicles is likely and complete destruction is possible.
* The tornado will be near... Carrier Mills and Harrisburg around 135 AM CDT. Equality around 145 AM CDT. Eldorado around 150 AM CDT. Other locations impacted by this tornadic thunderstorm include Stonefort, New Burnside, Karbers Ridge, Gross, Eddyville, and Simpson. This includes Interstate 24 in Illinois between Mile Markers 7 and 19.
