* IMPACTS...Difficult driving conditions, especially for larger vehicles traveling along roads with crosswinds. Light, unsecured objects may become airborne.
* AFFECTED AREAS: YUMA ... SALTON SEA ... IMPERIAL COUNTY SOUTHEAST ... IMPERIAL COUNTY WEST ... IMPERIAL VALLEY
