* WHEN...From 5 PM this afternoon to 9 AM PDT Tuesday.
* IMPACTS...Difficult driving conditions, especially for larger vehicles traveling along roads with crosswinds. Light, unsecured objects may become airborne.
* AFFECTED AREAS: JOSHUA TREE NP WEST ... JOSHUA TREE NP EAST ... CHUCKWALLA MOUNTAINS ... CHIRIACO SUMMIT ... PALO VERDE VALLEY ... CHUCKWALLA VALLEY
