Today, the City of Beaufort will host the Lafayette Bicentennial Celebration in the Downtown area. Expect cannon and musket fire around 10:00 AM and heavy pedestrian traffic throughout the event. There will be shuttles available throughout the event from The Pat Conroy Literacy Center.
Expect large crowds, road closures, and no parking zones. Towing will be enforced during no parking times.

Bay St. (From Charles to Scott St.)
Closed: 9:00 AM - 12:00 PM
No parking after 7:00 AM
Scott St. (From Bay St. to Port Republic St.)
Closed: 8:00 AM - 3:00 PM
No parking after 7:00 AM
Craven St. (From Scott St. to Carteret St.)
Closed: 4:00 PM - 9:00 PM
No parking after 3:00 PM
