Missing Person Leilani Bishop: At Risk Due to Age
The Oakland Police Department is requesting assistance from our community and media partners in locating Missing Person, Leilani Bishop, who is
at risk due to age.
She was last seen on March 10, 2025, in the 3400 block of 66th Avenue, around 5:00 a.m. Bishop was carrying a grey backpack.
Bishop is described as a 16-year-old, Black female with a medium complexion. She stands 5’6” and weighs 140 pounds with black hair and brown eyes.
