* AFFECTED AREA...In Missouri, Fire Weather Zones 062, 072, 073, 074, 083, 084, 085 and 099.
* TIMING...
* WINDS...South 15 to 20 mph with gusts up to 40 mph.
* RELATIVE HUMIDITY...As low as 28 percent.
* IMPACTS...These conditions are conducive for the rapid spread and growth of uncontrolled wildfires.
* AFFECTED AREAS: FRANKLIN ... CRAWFORD ... WASHINGTON ... ST. FRANCOIS ... DENT ... IRON ... MADISON ... REYNOLDS
