Newark Public Safety Director Emanuel Miranda, Sr. requests the public’s help identifying the below-pictured male suspect regarding a shoplifting incident on Thursday, March 6, 2025.
At approximately 8:24 a.m. the suspect entered Dollar Tree, located at 1084 Mayor Kenneth A. Gibson Boulevard, and filled a maroon-colored tote bag with $100.00 worth of snacks before leaving the store without paying for the items.
Detectives investigating this incident describe the suspect as a frequent shoplifter in the area. He is known to frequent the back of Newark Symphony Hall and Court Street.
