* Dust Storm Warning for... Northern Quay County in east central New Mexico... Southeastern Harding County in northeastern New Mexico... Eastern San Miguel County in northeastern New Mexico...

* Until 800 PM MDT.

* At 459 PM MDT, an area of blowing dust was located between Conchas and Nara Visa, and was stationary. HAZARD...Less than a quarter mile visibility. SOURCE...Public reported. IMPACT...Dangerous life-threatening travel.

* Locations impacted include... Nara Visa, Conchas Dam, Conchas, Conchas Lake State Park, Variadero, Bell Ranch and Trementina. This includes State Road 104 between Mile Markers 44 and 100.

* AFFECTED AREAS: HARDING, NM ... QUAY, NM ... SAN MIGUEL, NM
