* AFFECTED AREA...In Missouri, Fire Weather Zones 006, 007, 008, 015, 016, 017, 023, 024, 025, 031, 032, 033, 039, 040, 045 and 046.
* TIMING...From 10 AM to 3 PM CDT Wednesday.
* IMPACTS...Any fire that develops will catch and spread quickly. Outdoor burning is not recommended.
* WIND...Southwest 25 to 30 MPH with gusts up to 50 mph
* HUMIDITY...20 to 25 percent
