* WHEN...From 1 PM this afternoon to 1 AM CDT Thursday.
* IMPACTS...The strong winds and weight of snow on tree limbs may down power lines and could cause sporadic power outages. Travel could be very difficult. Areas of blowing snow could significantly reduce visibility. The hazardous conditions could impact the Wednesday evening commute.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Snowfall rates of an inch or more per hour are expected during the mid-afternoon through early evening period, and could be accompanied by thunder.
