* TIMING...Late Wednesday morning into Wednesday evening.
* WINDS...South 15 to 20 mph with gusts up to 35 mph.
* RELATIVE HUMIDITY...As low as 14 percent.
* TEMPERATURES...Up to 79.
* LIGHTNING...None.
* FUEL MOISTURE...Between 5 and 8 percent.
* IMPACTS...The combination of dry conditions, low humidity, and gusty winds may result in favorable conditions for the rapid spread of fires.
