Wilmington Police arrest two men on drug charges:
Wilmington Police have arrested two men on drug charges following an investigation.
Beginning in March, members of the Drug, Organized Crime, and Vice Division have been conducting an investigation into illegal drug sales in the 400 block of North Church Street. On March 13, at approximately 8:27 a.m., police executed a search warrant in that block, and took 42-year-old Brandon Harris, and 52-year-old Kevin Harris into custody without incident. Police recovered a 9mm handgun, 371 grams of marijuana, and drug paraphernalia.
Brandon Harris has been charged with the following offenses:
- Possession of a Firearm or Ammunition by a Person Prohibited – Two Counts
- Possession of a Firearm During the Commission of a Felony
- Possession of a Controlled Substance with the Intent to Deliver
- Possession of a Controlled Substance in Tier 1 Quantity
- Conspiracy (Second Degree)
- Possession of Drug Paraphernalia
Kevin Harris has been charged with the following offenses:
- Possession of a Firearm by a Person Prohibited
- Possession of a Firearm During the Commission of a Felony
- Possession of a Controlled Substance with the Intent to Deliver
- Possession of a Controlled Substance in Tier 1 Quantity
- Possession of Drug Paraphernalia
