Pittsboro, Greentown, Carmel, Kokomo, Lizton, Ulen, Fishers, Michigantown, Whitestown, Russiaville, Zionsville, Westfield, Morse Reservoir, Indian Heights, Atlanta, Kempton, Sharpsville, Kirklin, Noblesville, and Tipton. This includes the following highways... Interstate 65 between mile markers 124 and 142. Interstate 69 between mile markers 203 and 209. Interstate 74 between mile markers 57 and 66.
