Culver City Police are asking for the community’s help locating NOAH GARLAND (age 14). Garland was last seen on Wednesday, March 19, 2025, at approximately 9:30 PM. GARLAND was last seen wearing a green crew neck, black pants, beige shoes.
Garland has Autism and is known to frequent the area of the Westfield Mall.
