*Must have received the PAS-1 Form and bring the form with you when attending.
Representatives from 4th Legislative District will be on hand to assist in filing the new PAS-1 Form, and to answer any questions.
Items Needed:
Both Federal and State 2023 and 2024 tax returns
2023 and 2024 property taxes paid (Property tax can be looked up at event if needed)
PAS-1 blue book - please bring that with you.
*Assistance will be on a first come, first serve basis.
