Newark Public Safety Director Emanuel Miranda Sr. reports that Jereme Stebbins, 30, of Newark, who was reported missing on March 19, 2025, has been located unharmed.
 
Director Miranda urges anyone with information on any criminal activity to call the Police Division’s 24-hour Crime Stopper tip line at 1-877-NWK-TIPS (1-877-695-8477). All anonymous Crime Stopper tips are confidential and could result in a reward.
