The City of Kingsville Street Division will begin road reconstruction on E Johnston Ave between S 17^th St and S 18^th St tomorrow morning, March 21st @ 7:00 am.

E Johnston Ave between S 17^th St and S 18^th St will be closed to thru traffic, baring inclement weather or equipment breakdown ,for approximately 3 weeks while this road reconstruction will be taking place. The roadway will be closed to thru traffic during working hours. Signs and barricades will be in place.

We do apologize for any inconvenience this may cause, but please know that our crews will be working diligently to reopen the area(s)/road(s) as soon as possible. We request that all residents and businesses in this area be aware that delays will be possible as far as entrances and exits from properties are concerned.

Residents/Patrons are encouraged to minimize trips in and out of their driveways and to take alternate routes whenever possible.

The Kingsville Police Department and the Kingsville Fire Department have been notified of this project. We appreciate your cooperation in assisting us with improving your roadway.
