INCIDENT: CVC 10851(A) - Grand Theft Auto
LOCATION: E Broadway Street and Desnok Street
SUSPECT(S): Austin Neudecker, 28 Years Old, Resident of Garden Grove, CA
VICTIM(S): Confidential
SUMMARY: On Thursday, March 20, 2025, at approximately 10:22 a.m., deputies assigned to the Colorado River Station/Needles Police responded to the area of E Broadway and Desnok Street in reference to a stolen vehicle in the area. Deputies located the vehicle and conducted a felony traffic stop. A records check confirmed the vehicle was stolen and the driver, Austin Neudecker, was detained.
Through investigation, Neudecker was found to be in violation of CVC 10851- Grand Theft Auto. Neudecker was subsequently arrested and transported to the High Desert Detention Center for booking. Neudecker remains in the custody of the San Bernardino County Sheriff's Department with a bail amount of $30,000.00, awaiting a court hearing.
