PG&E is conducting work in the area of Diablo Road and El Cerro Blvd in Danville. All power is out in the area including traffic lights.
Avoid the area. Contact Dispatch to report an emergency at 925-646-2441. When traffic lights are not function, treat the intersection like a stop sign.
