San Leandro Police seek your help in locating a missing "at risk" person, Sandcharandass Cornadass. Mr. Cornadass was last seen leaving his residence on foot on the 800 Block of Fargo Avenue in San Leandro at about 1:30 a.m. He is 82 years old and has been diagnosed with dementia.
It is unknown what Mr. Cornadass was wearing at the time of his departure. He was possibly wearing a black beanie, but that has not been confirmed.
