Road Closure: Avoid the area of northbound and southbound Santa Anita Avenue, between Duarte Road and Genoa Street due to an underground transformer vault explosion. There were no injuries as a result of the result of the explosion, but damage has been caused to the roadway. Multiple intersections and locations in the city are without power. Edison is on-scene and assessing the situation, and an update will soon follow.
