Newark Public Safety Director Emanuel Miranda Sr. requests the public’s help locating Ebony N. Gay, 35, of Newark, who was reported missing on March 3, 2025.
Gay, diagnosed with Schizophrenia, may not be taking her medication and was last seen in the 50 block of Clifton Avenue. Gay, described as Black, weighs 260 pounds, and has brown eyes, and black hair. She may be in a Newark shelter, but the clothing she was wearing is not known.
Director Miranda urges anyone with information on Gay’s whereabouts to call the Police Division’s 24-hour Crime Stopper tip line at 1-877-NWK-TIPS (1-877-695-8477). All anonymous Crime Stopper tips are confidential and could result in a reward.
