The National Weather Service in Norman has issued a

* Severe Thunderstorm Warning for...
  East central Stephens County in southern Oklahoma...
  Northwestern Carter County in southern Oklahoma...

* Until 100 AM CDT.

* At 1214 AM CDT, a severe thunderstorm was located over Velma,
  moving east-southeast at 20 mph.

  HAZARD...60 mph wind gusts and quarter size hail.

  SOURCE...Radar indicated.

  IMPACT...Hail damage to vehicles is expected. Expect wind damage 
           to roofs, siding, and trees.

* Locations impacted include...
  Tatums, Graham, Ratliff City, Pooleville, Velma, Fox, and Healdton.
