San Francisco Man Charged with Production of Child Sexual Abuse Materials; RPDPS Searching for Victims in Rohnert Park

On Tuesday, March 18, 2025, a Federal Grand Jury indicted Ricci Lee Wynne of San Francisco, CA. According to the indictment, Wynne allegedly employed, used, persuaded, induced, enticed, and coerced two minor victims to engage in sexually explicit conduct for the purpose of producing a visual depiction of such conduct, in 2022. Wynne is currently in federal custody in San Francisco.
Separately, the San Francisco District Attorney’s Office charged Wynne with two felony counts of pimping and pandering (in violation of California Penal Code sections 266h(a), 266i(a)(1)).
Wynne has ties to Sonoma County and was known to frequent the area. The San Francisco Police Department has reason to believe that Wynne may have operated in Rohnert Park.
