Watchung Ave north bound at Johnston Dr, Somerset St north bound, and the Watchung Circle from Somerset St to Valley Rd will be closed until 6am. Motorist travelling north on Watchung Ave towards the Watchung Circle must follow the detour at Johnston Dr. The Watchung Circle will be closed from Somerset St to Valley Rd. Valley Rd acces at the circle will be closed. Motorists travelling to Valley Rd from the circle must detour to Johnston Dr.
