POLICE ACTIVITY AT GAREY HIGH SCHOOL 
The lockdowns at Garey High School, Emerson Middle School, and Lexington Elementary have been lifted. There is no evidence of a threat, and all students and staff are safe.

Officers are currently on scene at Garey High School. Students at Garey High and Lexington Elementary are on a precautionary lockdown.
We want to emphasize that this is not an active shooter situation. All students and staff at both schools are safe.
