Hillcrest Rd Southbound is closed and Valley Rd is closed Westbound at Hillcrest. The Circle is also closed going Westbound from Valley Rd. Detour using Valley Drive to Johnston to head South from Valley Rd and use Hillcrest to High Oaks to head West.
